Highly Evolved was The Vines debut studio album. It was produced by Rob Schnapf. Highly Evolved was an extremely popular album and was voted second best album of 2002 by the british magazine "New Musical Express". The album cover is a painting by lead singer Craig Nicholls, which he painted in year ten. The main single from Highly Evolved is Get Free, which is still one of the vines most popular songs.
